INFLUENCERS’ SUMMIT 2009: DC-iO PARTNERSHIP
By submitting this Exhibit Space Application and Contract, the below-named
company requests sponsorship space in the conference to be held May 5-6, 2009
at the Omni Shoreham in Washington, DC, and authorizes InvestmentWires to
include the company as sponsor in the InvestmentWires Conference.
We agree to pay for for said space in accordance with terms and conditions
outlined herein, and understand that, once accepted by InvestmentWires, this
document, including the Rules and Regulations included with this document,
constitute a valid and binding contract between Investment Wires and us. We
agree to comply with all instructions, rules and regulations as set out herein.
I, the duly authorized representative of the below-named company, on behalf of
said company, subscribe and agree to all the terms, conditions authorizations
and covenants contained in this Sponsorship Application and Contract and the
Rules and Regulations set out in this package.
We agree that 100% of the sponsorship fee is payable on the signing of this
agreement. If payment is not received, InvestmentWires is not responsible for
benefits not met. There is a no cancellation policy.
